In dieser Rolle koordinierst du digitale Schulungsinitiativen, entwickelst Richtlinien zur Daten-Governance und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen, um digitale Standards und Verantwortlichkeiten zu etablieren.
Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Digital Literacy & Governance Specialist, you will ensure that our organization uses modern digital technologies in a responsible, efficient, and future-ready way.
- You will coordinate and deliver digital literacy initiatives across the company, strengthen awareness for digitalization, and support the implementation of governance standards—especially in data-related domains.
- With your strong communication skills, your understanding of digital tools, and your ability to bridge business and IT, you will contribute significantly to the digital maturity of AT&S.
- Coordinate and deliver digital literacy trainings (e.g., role-based, tool-based).
- Steer and execute communication activities related to digitalization across AT&S.
- Develop, implement, and maintain data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
- Define and manage frameworks for data ownership, stewardship, and accountability.
- Support the business with data quality, data lifecycle topics, and master data improvements.
- Facilitate collaboration between business units and IT to align digital initiatives.
- Cooperate closely with other IT departments to ensure holistic governance practices.
- Coordinate governance- and communication-related topics with the AT&S Communications team.

Ausbildung
- Completed education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Qualifikationen
- Familiarity with data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and intercultural collaboration skills; German and English skills.
- Problem-solving mindset paired with strong interpersonal capabilities.
- Solid documentation skills with the ability to summarize processes and results clearly.
- High interest in digital technologies (AI, data, hyperautomation) and their responsible use.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience in data management, governance, or related functions.
