Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position leitest du ein Team von 6-8 Backend-Entwicklern, förderst ihre berufliche Entwicklung und steuerst die Durchführung von Projekten, während du technische Leitlinien gibst und Engineering-Prozesse verbesserst.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead 6-8 backend engineers who are responsible for the development of non-user facing products.
- Manage, mentor, and support the engineers, helping them grow professionally through feedback, goal setting, and career development.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, manage performance reviews, and ensure the team is aligned with company goals.
- Oversee the delivery of the projects your team is working on, by ensuring communication and clear status updates are shared.
- Provide high level technical guidance and enable your team to deliver scalable, maintainable, secure, and performant products.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, design and other engineering leaders on defining strategy and executing it.
- Drive the continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and automation to enhance team productivity and code quality.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to service stability and performance.

Erfahrung
- Strong leadership skills and 2-3 years experience leading a small team of engineers.
- Strong technical background of at least 7+ years in backend development.
- Experience with service oriented architectures and highly scalable services (Nice to have).
- Experience leading Frontend engineers (Nice to have).
