- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Software System Architect to join our team.
- In this role, you will design, guide, and oversee the development of complex software systems that meet our business and technical objectives.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and quality across our solutions, applying agile principles and frameworks—particularly SAFe—to drive alignment and delivery.
- Define and maintain end-to-end software architecture for large-scale systems.
- Translate business and technical requirements into well-structured architectural designs.
- Lead architecture reviews, evaluate solution options, and make recommendations.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Support and mentor development teams in implementing architectural standards and best practices.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps, technology evaluations, and architectural governance.
- Champion agile methodologies and the SAFe framework across teams.
- Ensure that systems are secure, performant, maintainable, and scalable.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong knowledge of modern architectural patterns, including microservices, cloud-native solutions, and integration strategies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SAFe Architect, TOGAF, AWS/Azure certifications) are a plus.
- Proficiency in agile development practices.
- SAFe System Architect certification is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
Erfahrung
- 5–8 years of experience in software engineering and architecture roles.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering complex software systems.
