Product Owner

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Owner with a strong background in both iOS and Android app development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading the product development process within a fast-paced environment, ensuring that product initiatives align with the business goals. This role involves overseeing all stages of product development, from initial concept to product launch, managing the backlog, working closely with cross-functional teams, and optimizing the value of the work performed by the team. Experience in the healthcare sector, especially in a B2B context with clinics, doctors, and therapists as stakeholders, is highly advantageous.

Tasks

• Own the vision and roadmap of the therapy software, ensuring that it aligns with both user needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with hospitals, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and understand their unique needs.
• Translate feedback and requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work hand-in-hand with the development team to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that features are developed, tested, and released on schedule.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed on product developments and gathering post-release feedback.
• Facilitate training sessions, webinars, and workshops for users and stakeholders.
• Work with the marketing and sales teams to communicate the software’s benefits and features to potential users.
