- Lead Backend Development: Design and implement high-performance backend features using .NET (C++/C#) with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
- Drive Code Quality: Champion software engineering best practices, actively reduce technical debt, and ensure the codebase remains clean, robust, and future-proof.
- Architect Database Solutions: Design, develop, and optimize relational database solutions to support efficient and resilient data management.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams — including Device Software, Webshops, QA, and DevOps — to deliver high-quality software on time.
- Ensure Seamless Integration: Take ownership of end-to-end delivery, from design and development through integration and operation of interfacing components.

- Solid expertise in MSSQL and relational database design
- Strong command of software engineering best practices: SOLID principles, design patterns, and modular architecture

- A quality-driven mindset with a willingness to embrace feedback and keep growing
Erfahrung
- Multiple years of professional experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core (C# and C++)
- Hands-on experience with GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and Jira
