We are looking for an UX Expert (Great UX/UI Experiences, Animations with Framer, ...) who’s ready to take ownership of the UI of Chatarmin.
You should thrive under pressure, work autonomously, and have a hands-on attitude. Think like an athlete: disciplined, self-motivated, and pushing through when it gets tough.
- Build and iterate conversational AI flows for German (chat, email and voice) that feel human, helpful, and on-brand for e‑commerce.
- Fine-tune and orchestrate LLMs and tools so the bot actually solves problems: orders, returns, tracking, product recommendations, etc.
- Design, implement, and test prompt chains, retrieval flows, and guardrails to reduce hallucinations and keep answers tight.
- Work with real customer transcripts to find edge cases, failure modes, and opportunities to make conversations smoother and faster.
- Collaborate closely with product, CX, and engineering to ship improvements weekly, not quarterly.
- Measure impact with clear metrics (CSAT, FRT, resolution rate, automation rate) and use data to decide what to build next.

Qualifikationen
- Native-level German and strong English. You deeply understand tone, du/Sie, and how real people actually talk in support conversations.
- Comfort working with data: logs, analytics, A/B tests, and user feedback to improve models and flows.
- You move fast: you can prototype in days, not weeks, and you are not afraid to ship, learn, and iterate.
Erfahrung
- 3+ years in software engineering or applied ML, preferably with experience in NLP, conversational AI, or LLM-based products.
- Strong coding skills in TypeScript/Node.js, and experience working with APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vercel AI SDK etc.).
- Hands-on experience building or integrating chatbots, automations, or backend services in production.
- Bonus: experience with ecommerce, CRM, or CX tools (Shopify, Klaviyo, Intercom, Zendesk, etc.).
