Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position analysierst du Kundenanforderungen, entwickelst maßgeschneiderte ERP-Lösungen mit Infor LN und unterstützt Endbenutzer beim Troubleshooting und der Umsetzung von Logistikprozessen. Dabei führst du kleine Projekte und Schulungen durch.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Analyze customer requirements and business processes to design tailored ERP solutions using Infor LN and other standard/custom components.
- Provide end-user support and incident management, including troubleshooting, help desk activities, and proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to test, implement, and document logistics processes and system enhancements.
- Lead small projects or tasks independently, helping define new business needs and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Train clients and share knowledge internally, staying updated on software enhancements and continuously improving support processes and team capabilities.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Educational Background: Degree from HTL, UNI, FH, HAK or equivalent experience as an Infor LN Consultant or ERP Application Manager.
Qualifikationen
- Logistics Knowledge: Solid understanding of logistics processes and their integration into ERP systems.
- ERP Expertise: Willingness to learn and grow within the Infor LN environment.
- Work Style & Communication: Analytical, structured, and independent work style with strong English communication skills.
Erfahrung
- Project Experience: Familiarity with project management and software development methodologies.
