- Facilitate and coach your Scrum team through ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Remove blockers so your team can deliver their best work.
- Champion collaboration, trust, and agile thinking in everything you do.
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to keep everyone moving in the same direction.
- Ensure transparency and steady communication within and beyond your team.
- Track progress, celebrate success, and drive continuous improvement.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence or similar.
- Strong communication and coaching skills with a knack for building trust.
- Scrum Master (CSM, PSM or equivalent) certification is a big plus.
- Organized, proactive, and always ready to help others stay focused.
- A passion for agile values, teamwork, and delivering meaningful results.
- Fluent in English; German is a bonus.
Erfahrung
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
