Deine Rolle im Team
- Formulate and actively promote the IT strategic direction / Applications landscape for different Functions based on Oracle ERP (on-prem Oracle EBS) as the core app.
- Design and implement Oracle ERP solutions that (i) align with INNIO's strategic goals (ii) optimize and automate INNIO's processes, with the strong focus on positive business cases and IT architecture improvements.
- Form the list of projects combined in portfolios for upcoming periods (year / half-year / quarter) having proper alignment with business partners and respective business Functions.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle: clarify requirements, prepare timelines, assess required budget, execute resource planning (solution architects, developers, middleware and BI resources, etc.), manage / monitor projects execution, prepare plan-fact analysis, secure proper documentation, required trainings and knowledge brokering to support, provide stakeholders with the regular reporting.
- Manage the Team represented by both internal resources and contingent workers; provide team members with the guidance / advice related to preferred tools / solutions based on the technical expertise.
- Work closely with various stakeholders, including IT internal teams, vendors, Business functions, end-users, C-level executives to ensure that Oracle ERP solutions meet the needs.
- Ensure that Oracle ERP solutions comply with all relevant regulations and standards, including data security standards, product development standards, and marketing regulations.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or equivalent.
Qualifikationen
- Strong project management, change management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, ability to conduct business with senior management.
- Ability to conduct business in English is a must.
- Ability to travel regularly to the North America region.
Erfahrung
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle ERP (Oracle EBS), including implementation and support with a deep understanding of Oracle ERP software, modules and its capabilities, (I2O and/or P2P and/or ASCP, VCP).
- The current tech stack is represented by Oracle EBS (on-prem), SFDC, Lobster, FORCAM, Tacton CPQ, Sabrix, Tableau. Thus, significant experience with these solutions / apps is strongly desired.
