Deine Rolle im Team
- As the Product Manager for our Charger Management System (CMS), you will define and deliver software solutions that enable owners and operators to monitor, configure, and optimize their charging infrastructure.
- Your work will empower customers-from retail chains and automotive companies to energy utilities and real estate developers-to scale their EV charging businesses efficiently and profitably.
- This role is central to our mission of accelerating the transition to electric mobility and reducing carbon emissions globally.
- By combining technical insight with business strategy, you will help shape innovative solutions that make EV charging reliable, scalable, and sustainable.
- You will influence product strategy and roadmap decisions that impact global operations and customer success.
- In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate with Leadership, Business Applications, Commercial, UX, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Management teams to drive growth in this rapidly evolving market.
- Define product vision and strategy for CMS, aligning with company objectives and market needs in the intersection of software, hardware and services.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap to modernize and scale operational management capabilities.
- Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies (including AI) to drive innovation.
- Assess and establish strategic partnerships with service providers to strengthen product capabilities.
- Collaborate with strategic customers to align product roadmaps and deliver solutions that meet their business goals.
- Translate customer and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for engineering and design teams.
- Partner with commercial teams to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
- Expand responsibilities to additional EV charging products within the CMS portfolio as the business grows.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong technical understanding combined with commercial acumen; ability to balance business impact with operational needs.
- Skilled in customer engagement and translating market insights into actionable product requirements.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex operational challenges, identify scalable solutions, and make data-driven decisions that optimize charger management performance.
- Comfortable working with multi-national teams across multiple time zones and cultures; ability to collaborate effectively across 3 continents.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience managing digital / SaaS products in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Experience in the EV, energy or automotive sector is a plus.
