Deine Rolle im Team
- Support and optimize our regulatory reporting platform, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders (partners, development team, QA, and product team).
- Work with regulatory transaction reporting regulations engaging closely with internal teams, partners, and clients.
- Provide support and consultation to our customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues efficiently.
- Monitor to ensure compliance with new technical and regulatory requirements as required.
- Independently and professionally communicate with customers and partners to deliver solutions and manage expectations.
- Conduct UAT testing, evaluating functionality and output of our SaaS product.
- Conduct onboarding of new clients.

Qualifikationen
- Genuine interest in regulatory reporting and a desire to grow in this field.
- Strong IT generalist.
- Strong proficiency in API tools, data transformation, SFTP.
- Proficiency in Postman, Excel, FileZilla, Visual studio code, and Ponton X/P Messenger.
- Network technology skills (CCNA or equivalent certification is an advantage).
- Knowledge of XML and CSV is required.
- General knowledge of the SDLC.
- Release Management.
- Kanban / Waterfall.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and German (required).
- Genuine interest in developing regulatory knowledge, particularly transaction reporting (e.g., EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, Dodd-Frank, or REMIT).
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic environment.
- Independent Working Style: You thrive when working autonomously and have the drive to take initiative.
- Familiar with project management methodologies, and comfortable applying them to daily work.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, ensuring a high sense of quality and responsibility in all tasks.

Erfahrung
- 4+ years of experience in Level 1 & 2 Application Support, working with complex applications in sectors such as Banking, Energy, Tax or Compliance.
- Previous working experience in the financial services industry, banking, energy, FinTech, or compliance sector are a must.
