- As a Senior Staff Engineer UWB Applications in our Research & Development team, you'll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your technical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance embedded software for microcontrollers, focusing on ultra-wide band applications, performance, and reliability.
- Write and review clean, efficient, and well-documented C code, adhering to best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets customer needs, industry standards, and internal quality benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues using various tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Qualifikationen
- Very good understanding of the embedded software development process, familiarity with embedded real-time OS platforms, embedded Linux and proficiency in C/C++ and Python is required.
- Proficiency in Software Development tools including GIT, make/C Make, and other version control and build automation tools.
- Knowledge on UWB standards defined by organizations such as Car Connectivity Consortium (CCC), FiRa Consortium, Aliro, IEEE.
- Strong technical and analytical skills combined with a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent German and English communication skills.
Erfahrung
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Software Development, preferably in industries related to semiconductors, ultra-wide band, or similar, with a focus on embedded systems.
- Experience with ensuring quality through automated testing (unit testing, integration testing), CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD), and code reviews.
