    Deine Rolle im Team

    • You will evaluate analyses and derive recommendations for action, as well as offering technical support for implementation.
    • You will focus on data engineering to incorporate new data from various sources, analyze the data to get insights and create automated and meaningful reports.
    • You will maintain a close cooperation with relevant stakeholders (marketing, purchasing, sales, CX etc.).
    • You will manage larger scale analytical projects.
    • You will create ad hoc analyses and recurring analyses/reports.
    • You will select leads for customer satisfaction surveys and continuously improve the corresponding reports for our internal stakeholders.

    Unsere Erwartungen an dich

    Qualifikationen

    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a methodical, structured and proactive manner.
    • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
    • High level of German and English.

    Erfahrung

    • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of B2C retail / consulting or banking.
    • Experience in using dashboarding tools and data analysis languages (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python etc.).
