In dieser Position kümmerst du dich um den Support und die Verwaltung der SAP-Systemlandschaft, führst Installationen und Upgrades durch und optimierst die Systemleistung durch proaktive Fehlersuche.

- Support, administration, and continuous development of the SAP system landscape.
- Planning, execution, and follow-up of SAP installations, upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Monitoring, analysis, and optimization of system performance.
- Proactive error analysis and implementation of sustainable solutions to ensure high system availability.
- Ensuring SAP system and data security.
- Management of user accounts, roles, and authorizations in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Close collaboration with internal IT teams in analyzing and resolving technical issues.
- Creation, maintenance, and further development of technical documentation, processes, and operating guidelines.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Completed IT education, such as a technical college, university of applied sciences, or technical university degree, or comparable professional experience in SAP Basis or the administration of ERP system landscapes.
Qualifikationen
- Knowledge of network technology and database systems.
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and self-organized way of working.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills.
Erfahrung
- Experience in the SAP environment.
- Experience with SAP Cloud is an advantage.
- Experience in supporting Linux systems is an advantage.
