Deine Rolle im Team
- Guide and mentor a team of junior developers.
- Work on developing internal AI-based application, AI productivity projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve different kinds of software problems (including performance and security) by debugging, testing, and fixing.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Qualifikationen
- Keen mentor to junior developers and proactive knowledge sharer.
- Worked on AI-related/assisted projects.
- Knowledge about coding assistant (for example Copilot), MCP, AWS Bedrock, or IDE plugin development is a plus.
- Team player with a proactive approach.
- Familiar with working in an agile environment.
Erfahrung
- Experience in building up and leading a team.
- Experience with LLM prompt engineering and integration of agentic AI technology.
- Strong experience in developing software using TypeScript and/or Java.
