    In dieser Position verwaltest du IT-Service-Prozesse, optimierst die CMDB, entwickelst Dashboards für Service-Performance und setzt ITIL-Standards um, um eine stabile IT-Service-Lieferung zu gewährleisten.

    Deine Rolle im Team

    • Manage and coordinate IT service delivery processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Configuration Management.
    • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and problems, minimizing business impact and improving service stability.
    • Maintain and optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and related documentation.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for service performance, SLAs, and KPIs.
    • Facilitate efficient communication between IT teams, business units, and external stakeholders during incidents and changes.
    • Support the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow workflows for ITSM processes.
    • Ensure ITSM processes align with internal policies and external standards (e.g., ITIL, ISO 27001) and support during audits.
    • Support onboarding and training of junior team members.
    • Support Business Continuity Management.

    Qualifikationen

    • Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, and Configuration Management) for online business platforms.
    • Certified in ITIL (Foundation, Practitioner, Expert, or Managing Professional).
    • Skilled in leading workshops and facilitating process improvements.
    • Proficient in Service Management tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
    • A structured, organized, and reliable approach to work.
    • Highly self-motivated, responsible, and resilient under pressure.
    • A collaborative team player with a strong learning mindset.
    • Open-minded and eager to explore new topics and technologies.

    Erfahrung

    • Minimum of 5 years experience working in an IT Service Management (ITSM) area.
    • Experience with internal and external audits.
    • Proven experience in process design and implementation.
