Deine Rolle im Team
- As a DevOps CI/CD Engineer, reporting into the Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Entain delivers the service performance, reliability, and availability expected by our internal customers.
- You will support cross-team engineering discussions to develop scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-effective CI/CD services.
- Join us in delivering high-quality, reliable services that exceed developer expectations and foster a culture of continuous improvement within our engineering teams.
- Develop and review the CI/CD processes of cloud-based web applications.
- Develop automation and orchestration scripts to streamline the deployment, scaling and management of cloud applications and services.
- Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability and security of cloud-based systems.
- Ensure compliance with solution requirements, security standards, and best practices for cloud environments.
- Work closely with the developers and operations team to identify and resolve issues and ensure smooth deployment and operation of cloud applications.

Qualifikationen
- Relevant studies (e.g. computer science, information technology).
- Good understanding of container and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Helm.
- Understanding of web-based applications, their principles of operations and development trends.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Fluent English.
Erfahrung
- Experience of 5+ years in similar field or position.
- Experience in working in containerized environments.
- Experience in infrastructure automation using tools such as Ansible, Terraform and scripting: Bash, Python.
- Experience with monitoring, alerting and logging solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
- Experience with managed cloud platforms - AWS.
