- As a Data Analyst - Global Data Hub, you are the federation's expert for advanced analytics and insight generation.
- You apply statistical methods and analytical models to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- In addition, you'll be involved in the entire process of developing new ideas for our data products, contributing not only your data expertise but also your structured business analysis knowledge.
- Working closely with the Data Team, Business Analysts, and data domain owners, you strengthen analytical capabilities across the organization and actively contribute to a data-driven culture.
- Perform statistical analyses (e.g. regression, clustering, forecasting, hypothesis testing) using tools such as Power BI, Python, or R with openness to large-language methods.
- Translate analytical objectives into clear data requirements and collaborate with data engineers to access suitable datasets.
- Develop analytical frameworks, KPIs, and indicators to evaluate organizational and program performance.
- Interpret and clearly communicate findings through reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Ensure data quality, validation, and consistency in all analytical outputs.
- Advise on analytical use cases and data structures within the Global Data Hub.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to design advanced Power BI reports, including predictive and statistical elements.
- Collect, analyze, and document system and data requirements of English/French speaking Member Associations.
- Support and mentor colleagues in data literacy and interpretation of analytical results.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and ethical data usage standards.
- Provide support and consulting to French- and English-speaking Member Associations to enable them to succeed in their data project and allow them get the most out of Global Data Hub.
- Commit to the Code of Conduct and reflect on the safeguarding implications of your work on an ongoing basis.
- Actively participate in team discussions to identify risks and share and apply preventative and mitigation measures and strategies.
- Integrate safeguarding principles into your daily decisions and tasks.

Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Ability to analyze and understand business data requirements and translate them to technical requirements.
- Strong expertise in analytical tools and methods (Power BI, Python, R, Excel).
- Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of data quality, metadata, and governance concepts.
- Fluent English and French (C1/C2).
- Ability to explain complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Erfahrung
- 5-7+ years of experience in applied statistics or business analysis.
- Proven experience in statistical modeling, forecasting, and segmentation.
- Ideally experience in non-profit contexts, including impact measurement, donor reporting.
