Deine Rolle im Team
- The PPM at Greentube plays a central role in orchestrating how our software development efforts turn into outstanding digital experiences.
- As a Product Project Manager you’ll act as the connector between teams, track progress across multiple agile groups, and ensure our initiatives are delivered with clarity and impact.
- Support and coordinate projects across multiple agile development teams.
- Keep everyone updated and ensure information is shared clearly and on time.
- Help identify and manage dependencies between teams and systems.
- Organize and guide discussions to support decision-making and progress.
- Ensure project delivery is smooth, structured, and well-communicated.
- Present and explain topics in a clear and engaging way to different audiences.

Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of software development and how complex systems work together.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Curious and proactive, not afraid to ask questions to get the full picture.
- Organized and structured, with the ability to keep track of progress across multiple teams.
- Enjoys working with people and helping teams succeed together.
Erfahrung
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in a software development environment.
- Experience with Agile processes and working across multiple teams.
