In dieser Rolle entwickelst du individuelle Onboarding- und Implementierungspläne für Kunden, führst Schulungen durch und gewährleistest eine reibungslose Integration von Trayport-Produkten in die bestehende Infrastruktur.
Deine Rolle im Team
- You will be a member of our Onboarding & Implementation team, working as a specialist in a challenging environment with clients that are mercilessly quality conscious.
- This is a client-facing role focused on guiding clients through the process of setting up and integrating our products and services, ensuring a smooth transition and maximising the successful adoption of the offering, which will involve hands-on configuration, training and support during the initial onboarding and implementation phase.
- Guide clients through the process of setting up and integrating Trayport's products and services.
- Ensure a smooth transition for clients as they adopt Trayport's offerings.
- Maximise the successful adoption of Trayport's products and services by clients.
- Work with clients to gather requirements and understand their business needs.
- Develop and deliver customised onboarding and implementation plans for clients.
- Manage the implementation process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as product development and customer support, to ensure a seamless onboarding and implementation experience for clients.
- Provide early life support to clients after implementation to ensure they are successful in using Trayport's products and services.
- Transition newly onboarded clients to Application Support and Technical Consultant teams.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that clients may encounter during onboarding and implementation.
- Continuously improve onboarding and implementation processes to enhance client satisfaction and ensure best practices are followed.

Erfahrung
- Experience in onboarding and implementing software products and services.
- Experience in working with clients in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience in developing and delivering training materials.
Unser Angebot
- As per the collective agreement, the minimum salary for this position is €45,738.
- However we are willing to pay more based on experience and qualifications.
