- We are building a new Integration & AI team at our headquarters in Vienna.
- As AI Engineer, you will help build and operate a scalable enterprise AI platform enabling our global business to develop, deploy and govern AI-powered solutions across multiple markets.
- You will work closely with AI Champions, business experts and IT product teams to turn use cases into secure, scalable and production-ready AI solutions.
- Build and operate scalable enterprise AI platforms and solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business use cases into practical, scalable AI solutions.
- Drive AI solutions from proof of concept to production, aligning technical and business stakeholders.
- Support AI platform governance, security and responsible AI practices.
- Develop and deploy AI applications using Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio and related technologies.
- Design RAG architectures using enterprise data and knowledge sources.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications through APIs, MCP servers and other technologies.
- Define solution architectures, provide hands-on engineering guidance and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Develop reusable AI components, accelerators, templates and services.
- Collaborate with global AI Champions, business teams, security and architecture.
- Coordinate developers, technical specialists and external technology partners, driving alignment and effective delivery.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, translate business needs and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, Java or similar.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native development (preferably Azure).
- Understanding of RAG, APIs, AI application architecture and system integration.
Erfahrung
- Experience in software development and/or solution architecture.
- Experience working in complex, international organizations, with an understanding of cross-functional collaboration and corporate IT structures.
- Hands-on experience designing, building and implementing AI solutions within enterprise environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, serverless functions or similar technologies.
- Practical experience with Microsoft AI technologies, ideally including Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.
- Experience coordinating and collaborating with vendors, external technology partners and cross-functional product teams.
