We are looking for a Data Analyst (f/m/d) who uncover valuable findings from our data, proactively identify opportunities to improve our processes, and empower our teams.
Your main tasks will be:
- Extract, manipulate and analyse complex data structures to solve customer problems and elevate the team.
- Manage and fulfill data requests from the Customer Success and Data Management teams, acting as a key point of contact.
- Perform analysis using your coding and scripting skills to support our research team's key initiatives.
- Proactively identify data bottlenecks, inefficiencies and recurring requests, working collaboratively with Product and development to improve these processes with innovative solutions.
- Communicate complex data analysis processes in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifikationen
Must-haves:
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong eye for detail and excellent skills in managing priorities and timelines.
- A highly proactive, self-starter mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- A valid work permit in Austria.
Bonus points for:
- A passion for knowledge sharing and an ability to empower others by teaching basic data analysis techniques.
Erfahrung
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience with Python, and tools like Jupyter Notebook.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with JVM languages (Scala, Java etc) or functional programming languages (Haskell, Elixir etc).
- Hands on experience with AI tools to solve complex problems and optimise daily operations.
