Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position entwickelst du IT-Governance-Rahmenwerke und sicherst die Einhaltung von Compliance-Vorgaben. Du führst Audits durch, überwachst Prozesse und koordinierst die Kommunikation zwischen internen und externen Prüfteams.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Support the development and maintenance of IT Governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Support compliance activities related to IT regulatory requirements and international best practices (e.g., DORA, GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001).
- Monitoring and evaluation of and adherence to the internal processes.
- Conducting first level controls for IT teams.
- Assist in preparing for internal and external IT audits and regulatory inspections.
- Ensuring coordination and communication with external and internal IT audit teams.
- Track and follow up on IT related audit findings and regulatory issues until closure.
- Monitor ICT service provider and compliance with contractual obligations and SLAs and report them.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- A good knowledge of COBIT and ITIL (relevant certifications are highly desired).
- Working knowledge of ISO 27001 and/or NIST.
- Good understanding of IT processes, controls, and risk management principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German and Turkish language skills are an advantage.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Erfahrung
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT governance/ IT risk management/ IT audit/ IT compliance.
- Experience in banking or financial services or IT consultancy sector.
