Deine Rolle im Team
- Coordinate deployments across various development teams.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot errors and performance issues in the applications and coordinate efforts to fix them.
- Coordinate the change requests for infrastructure components upgrades or additions with the Solution Architect, Technical Leads, and System Engineering Team.
- Gather requirements of upcoming software products and coordinate the setup of the target environments.
- Modify and enhance Team Foundation Server's build process templates, including testing, build metrics, and deployment package generation.
- Modify and enhance the automated deployment tools to enable a smooth, continuous deployment of new software packages.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in IT.
Qualifikationen
- The following certification is required: Cisco professional certification (CCNP or higher).
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP/Prince2) would be considered an asset.
- Excellent command of the English language.
Erfahrung
- Expert knowledge and a minimum of 5 years of experience installing, configuring customizing, upgrading troubleshooting and managing software systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Configuration Management.
- Experience with monitoring systems such as Microsoft Systems Centre Operations Manager and with network monitoring systems such as SolarWinds.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience on Cisco routing and switching technologies.
- Experience of ITIL and knowledge of industry and governance best practices and IT infrastructure and software security.
- Experience with Checkpoint and Cisco Datacenter.
