Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Consultant (all genders) at BCG Platinion, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate complex ERP transformations, with a specific focus on SAP S/4HANA.
- Your expertise will guide clients through the entire project lifecycle, from strategy and planning to implementation and go-live with a strong business value perspective.
- You will collaborate with a team of talented professionals from BCG and Platinion on local and international projects, ensuring the successful planning, deployment and optimization of ERP systems.
- Plan, execute, and manage quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processes to identify value for our clients.
- Develop and define ERP target architectures for comprehensive IT landscapes leveraging technological innovation and anticipating future trends.
- Define and implement program organization and governance to successfully execute the project and deliver identified business value of transformation.
- Manage sourcing of system integrations partners and software solutions.
- Prepare and finalize project deliverables, including reports, workshop materials, and business proposals.
- Evaluate ongoing ERP projects and systems against defined business goals and quality criteria, and develop action plans for improvement.
- Drive implementation of recovery and stabilization measures of ERP projects.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end ERP transformations leveraging industry standard approaches, e.g. SAP activate.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and associated enterprise technology (e.g., integration architecture, cloud deployment options, extensibility of the solution).
- Familiarity with SAP industry solutions and analytical tools such as SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities.
- Strong client and result orientation with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Team spirit and the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Erfahrung
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects.
