Deine Rolle im Team
- As a hands-on Senior Product Manager for our Custody business at Bitpanda you will drive innovation in custody solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Bitpanda's ecosystem.
- Champion user-centric design and risk management strategies to safeguard and enhance the trust of our clients.
- Take full ownership of the Custody product, overseeing its entire lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, fanatical about security whilst optimising performance and scalability.
- Define both short-term and long-term product strategies, aligning them with the overall company vision and objectives, and adapting to evolving market dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, sales, marketing, treasury and tax to shape the product roadmap, ensuring it addresses the needs of various stakeholders and supports business growth.
- Responsible for managing stakeholders and directing customer interactions, ensuring their needs and feedback are effectively communicated and prioritised in product development processes.
- Conduct thorough analysis of the custody business landscape, including market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements, to inform product decisions and drive competitive advantage.

Qualifikationen
- You understand how a banking sales cycle works - (lead times etc).
- You can define different customer segments and categorise them based on their specific needs and requirements with a track record to execute a product strategy, designing and owning a product development process.
- You have a collaborative and influential communication style, and are skilled at stakeholder management with a commercial mindset.
Erfahrung
- You have 5+ years experience in a corporate fintech environment, with hands on Crypto experience from within a custody, treasury, banking or related financial services product team.
- Demonstrated experience or a keen interest in security-focused product development will be valuable.
