- We are looking for a Supply Chain Management ERP Application Manager to drive SCM-specific continuous improvement and identify opportunities for process optimization, digitalization, automation, and AI in collaboration with Global Operational Excellence and Digital, Data & IT (DDIT). Acting as the key interface between SCM and IT, you will translate operational needs into clear business requirements and help ensure that systems, data, and tools enable efficient, compliant, and scalable end-to-end SCM processes. The ERP system will be the main focus, alongside other SCM-related tools, reporting solutions, workflow automations, and future digital capabilities.
- Analyze existing SCM processes end-to-end and identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, digitalization, and automation.
- Act as the SCM subject-matter counterpart to DDIT for ERP, workflow, reporting, automation, and AI topics, representing SCM business requirements and priorities.
- Translate SCM business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process maps, and prioritization proposals.
- Drive SCM-specific continuous improvement initiatives and business requirements for ERP-supported processes in collaboration with Operational Excellence and DDIT.
- Proactively identify and prioritize value-adding SCM use cases for automation, data analytics, and AI, define their business value and requirements, and partner with DDIT on technical assessment and implementation.
- Support governance of SCM system changes by assessing business impact, process fit, user readiness, testing needs, and adoption requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops with SCM, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to document current processes, define target processes, and align implementation priorities.
- Define and support test scenarios, user acceptance testing, and business validation activities for SCM-relevant system changes.

Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management processes, ideally in a pharmaceutical or GxP-regulated environment.
- Proven ability to analyze business processes, identify improvement potential, and translate business requirements into system- and process-related solutions.
- Good understanding of digitalization, workflow automation, data analytics, reporting, and practical AI use cases in a business environment.
- Ability to proactively identify SCM improvement opportunities and drive the SCM business workstream from idea through implementation and adoption.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain business needs to IT and technical implications to business stakeholders.
- Structured working style, analytical thinking, and strong prioritization skills.
- Very good English skills; German is an advantage.
- High level of accountability, collaboration mindset, and ability to operate in an international matrix environment.
Erfahrung
- Solid experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable ERP platforms.
- Experience in cross-functional project work, change management, and stakeholder coordination between business functions and IT.
- Experience with process mapping, requirements documentation, testing concepts, and user training.

- Gross annual salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR 45.080,- based on full-time employment (38,5h/week). Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
