Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Rolle sicherst du den stabilen Betrieb der IT-Systeme in der Produktion und bist für die Wartung sowie die Incident-Bearbeitung von Maschinen- und Endgeräten zuständig.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Keep production running with secure and reliable IT operations!
- As a Production IT Specialist, you will ensure the stable, secure, and efficient operation of shopfloor IT systems.
- You will support and maintain local production systems and endpoints (MES workstations, industrial PCs, label printers, scanners), coordinate with OT/Automation, and provide hands-on incident resolution to minimize downtime.
- Acting as the first line of IT on site, you will own troubleshooting, change execution, and preventive maintenance for production-critical IT services in close collaboration with central Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams.

Ausbildung
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Network Engineering.
Qualifikationen
- Understanding of availability, change management, and risk control.
- Calm, structured, and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Fluent in English; good communication skills in German.
Erfahrung
- Proven Experience in a similar position.
- Experience in production IT or industrial IT environments.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
