Deine Rolle im Team
- Join our Infrastructure team as an IT Working Student on the Junior SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) track in a part-time role (20 hours per week) and gain hands-on experience in building, operating, and monitoring modern cloud infrastructure.
- In this role, you'll work with cutting-edge, cloud-native technologies while learning best practices in reliability, automation, and observability.
- You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team where your contributions have real impact and where learning by doing is at the core of how we work.
- With mentorship and guidance from experienced engineers, you'll grow your skills in a practical, high-impact environment.

- Cloud Engineering & Automation
- Help design, provision and manage our AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Contribute to serverless deployments (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.)
- Reliability & Observability
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and log-aggregation solutions (e.g. CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK)
- Assist in defining SLOs/SLIs, crafting runbooks, and participating in incident drills
- Analyze metrics and logs to identify bottlenecks or failures and drive continuous improvement
- Support & Collaboration
- Provide 1st-3rd level support for cloud services and internal tools
- Collaborate with the Development team on rollout of new features and patches
- Document systems, processes, and runbooks to enhance team knowledge sharing
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Ongoing studies in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field
- English fluency (written and spoken)
- Programming/scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python, TypeScript, Go)
- CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
- Ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
Erfahrung
- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch)
- Deployment experience with Terraform or equivalent IaC tooling
