- Design and maintain the overarching architecture for digital product development systems.
- Act as a key partner for engineering teams in system design, tool integration, and process improvement.
- Consolidate and connect data across platforms to enable transparency, automation, and analytics.
- Contribute to the enhancement and alignment of PLM, CAD, CAM, and ERP environments.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Innovation, and IT stakeholders to shape long-term digital strategies.
- Lead cross-functional digitalization initiatives and support implementation projects.
- Engage with external technology providers to evaluate and introduce new solutions.

Qualifikationen
- Familiarity with platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and K2-based systems.
- A strong architectural mindset and ability to translate business needs into sustainable systems landscapes.
- Deep understanding of development processes in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Excellent English skills (German is a plus).
- Independent, analytical, and forward-thinking.
Erfahrung
- Extensive experience in engineering IT or digital product development (e.g. PLM, CAD, CAM, ERP integration).
- Experience in data integration and consolidation across multiple platforms.
