- You handle user inquiries and process them through our ticket system, via email, or by phone.
- You handle issue reports and ensure a quick and efficient resolution in both German and English.
- You answer and resolve inquiries as part of 1st level support and ensure that all requests are handled efficiently and to the satisfaction of the users.
- You perform analyses, install required software or hardware, and resolve technical issues quickly and reliably.
- You perform troubleshooting and effectively support our users through remote assistance to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- You create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, processes, and technical systems to ensure a transparent and traceable knowledge base.
- You work closely with other IT departments to develop sustainable solutions and are the first point of contact for our employees with IT-related questions.

Qualifikationen
- Technical expertise in MS Windows (Client and Server), MS Office, and Linux (optional).
- Good foundational knowledge of IT networks.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.

- The minimum base salary according to the collective agreement is at least €2.420.00 gross per month for 38.5 hours (collective agreement, career starters).
