    In dieser Position bearbeitest du Benutzeranfragen über ein Ticketsystem, per E-Mail oder telefonisch und gewährleistest schnelle Lösungen in deutscher und englischer Sprache, während du auch Software- und Hardwareinstallationen durchführst.

    Deine Rolle im Team

    • You handle user inquiries and process them through our ticket system, via email, or by phone.
    • You handle issue reports and ensure a quick and efficient resolution in both German and English.
    • You answer and resolve inquiries as part of 1st level support and ensure that all requests are handled efficiently and to the satisfaction of the users.
    • You perform analyses, install required software or hardware, and resolve technical issues quickly and reliably.
    • You perform troubleshooting and effectively support our users through remote assistance to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
    • You create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, processes, and technical systems to ensure a transparent and traceable knowledge base.
    • You work closely with other IT departments to develop sustainable solutions and are the first point of contact for our employees with IT-related questions.

    Qualifikationen

    • Technical expertise in MS Windows (Client and Server), MS Office, and Linux (optional).
    • Good foundational knowledge of IT networks.
    • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.

    • The minimum base salary according to the collective agreement is at least €2.420.00 gross per month for 38.5 hours (collective agreement, career starters).
