In dieser Rolle entwickelst du das Produktportfolio für Hardware-Zubehör, verwaltest den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus und prioritär Kundenanforderungen, um innovative Lösungen zu gestalten.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Driving a compelling product accessory portfolio vision and actively managing the product life cycle, including roadmap planning and application evaluation.
- Gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, translating them into actionable development goals.
- Supporting Marketing & Sales teams with strategic input and technical expertise.
- Collaborating with application engineers to develop use cases and training materials.
- Represent our products at international conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
- Explore new applications and contributing to innovation initiatives.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Degree in electronics, electrical engineering or experience in the power system industry.
Qualifikationen
- Proactive and creative mindset with hands-on approach.
- Interest in business strategy and marketing.
- Strong presentation, decision-making, and communications skills.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Fluent in English (C1); German (B2) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10%).
