    Deine Rolle im Team

    • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems, identifying redundancies, inefficiencies, and integration challenges.
    • Design end-to-end CRM processes, including data models, integration layers, workflows, and user interfaces.
    • Define and enforce CRM development standards based on best practices and governance models.
    • Oversee the implementation and customization of the CRM platform, ensuring alignment with business needs.
    • Document system architecture and data flows to ensure smooth transition and effective knowledge retention.

    Qualifikationen

    • Proficient in CRM configuration, including workflows, user setup, data import, SQL, and security settings.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues; proactive approach to communication and teamwork.
    • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

    Erfahrung

    • At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
    • Experience with integration tools and APIs.
