Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Frontend Engineer, you'll be part of an autonomous, cross-functional product squad that designs, builds, and operates domain capabilities end to end.
- You'll go beyond implementing designs and requirements: you'll understand customer problems, challenge assumptions, and shape intuitive, scalable solutions together with Product Management, UX, and fellow engineers.
- Understand customer needs, challenge requirements, and contribute to product discovery and solution design.
- Work closely with Product Management, UX, and Product Engineers as equal partners.
- Design and develop maintainable, performant, accessible, and secure web applications.
- Apply and contribute to shared design systems, UI components, and frontend standards for a consistent experience across domains.
- Own frontend quality, automated testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in production.
- Use AI-assisted tools throughout development, testing, and problem-solving.
- Share knowledge, challenge technical decisions constructively, and reduce complexity.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Qualifikationen
- Solid expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, including component-based architectures and state management.
- Understanding of scalable frontend architectures, reusable component libraries, and design systems.
- Proactive, collaborative approach with a sense of ownership for quality and production reliability.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Erfahrung
- Strong experience developing and maintaining modern web applications, preferably in a complex SaaS product environment.
- Experience with frontend testing, API integration, CI/CD, performance optimization, and accessibility.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted software engineering and enthusiasm for new tools and practices.
- Strong product mindset and attention to user experience.
