Deine Rolle im Team
- As a (Senior) Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure.
- You will work closely with our data engineering team to ensure seamless data operations and drive our DataOps initiatives.
- Your expertise in Terraform, AWS (preferred) and/or Azure will be crucial in building and managing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud environments.
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, AWS (preferred) and/or Azure.
- Collaborate with data engineers to support DataOps processes and ensure efficient data lifecycle management.
- Optimize cloud resources for performance, cost, and security.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management tasks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues.
- Implement and manage network configurations, including firewall rules and security policies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Proficiency in Linux.
- Strong understanding of network configurations, firewall rules, and security policies.
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of German (e.g. B2) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Databricks on any hyperscaler.
Erfahrung
- Profound experience with Terraform, AWS (preferred) and/or Azure.
- Strong understanding of the data lifecycle and experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.
- Experience with other Cloud providers.
