- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Monitor and improve model performance over time.
- Stay updated with the latest data science tools and techniques.

Qualifikationen
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Statistics knowledge (hypothesis testing, evaluation metrics, class imbalance handling).
- Understanding of banking/transaction data (or strong motivation to learn).
- Willingness to create model documentation for regulatory, audit, and validation purposes.
- Pro-active attitude and team orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Structured working approach and problem-solving skills.
- Very good command of English (mandatory), German is a plus.
- Motivation to constantly improve and learn new technologies.
Erfahrung
- Hands-on experience with supervised learning (feature engineering/selection, hyperparameter tuning, evaluation).
- Experience with data-quality analysis and data profiling.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling.
