- Manage, configure, and optimize CRM and other Business Ops SaaS tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, D365, etc.)
- Maintain integrations and data flows to ensure accuracy, scalability, and compliance
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve workflows and system performance
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Maintain system documentation and ensure transparency in processes
- Identify and recommend new tools, features, and process improvements
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration) or relevant work experience in the area of System or CRM operations
Qualifikationen
- Good proficiency in scripting / coding (e.g. Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Deluge)
- Good understanding of APIs, integrations, databases and system architecture
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English (German or other languages a plus)
