Job Technologien
Deine Rolle im Team
- Design, deploy and maintain IT systems, focusing on storage and backup Systems.
- Develop and maintain scripts for automated management.
- Provide 2nd-level and 3rd-level IT support for our users.
- Document server and service configurations and create user documentation.
- Respond to software and hardware incidents and outages.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Ideally knowledge of IBM Spectrum Protect.
- Good working knowledge of network principles (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, FC, DHCP, DNS).
- Used to work with IT service management and IT security frameworks (ITIL, ISO 27001).
Erfahrung
- Proven experience in storage and backup administration.
- Experience with SAN and NAS solutions from vendors such as NetApp and Dell.
- Ideally experience with VMware virtualization.
- Experience with automation tools.
