Deine Rolle im Team
- This role will partner closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, manage project delivery, and contribute to process improvements across finance systems and processes.
- Analyze, document, and validate business requirements for two strategic projects, including reviewing existing Finance documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Develop and manage project plans covering requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and migration activities.
- Coordinate implementation and/or migration plans across multiple functional teams.
- Track and manage project deliverables, agree on timelines, and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
- Identify project risks and issues, drive resolution, and ensure timely closure.
- Support finance process re-engineering initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Solid knowledge of SOX-related processes, controls, and underlying IT General Controls (ITGCs).
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, and solution design.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM), business intelligence platforms, and emerging finance technologies.
Erfahrung
- 3-5 years of experience working in Finance or Finance-related roles.
- Proven experience with ERP and consolidation tool implementations, preferably within a Finance environment.
- Hands-on experience with finance digital tools and technologies, including ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) and consolidation software.
