- Analyze, conceptualize, and continuously improve IAM standards, processes, and internal policies.
- Design & implement IAM solutions, to further drive automation and standardization across the organization.
- Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Security, Application, and Business teams to align IAM initiatives with enterprise goals.
- Evolve and enhance our current IAM environment to meet current and future business and security needs.
- Support the integration of IAM with hybrid infrastructures (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID).

Qualifikationen
- Strong technical background in IT infrastructure and application architecture.
- Solid understanding of IAM processes and technologies (e.g. identity lifecycle, AD, Entra ID).
- Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance diverse stakeholder needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams and regions.
- Good understanding of security, compliance, and IAM governance principles.
- Team player feeling confident in a cross-functional and international environment.
Erfahrung
- Hands-on experience with Identity Providers, Access Management, or similar solutions.
