Deine Rolle im Team

We are looking for a passionate Information Technology Supervisor to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.
You will ensure the smooth operation of all hotel technology systems, supporting both guest-facing and heart-of-house functions.
Maintain and troubleshoot all IT hardware and software, including PCs, printers, POS terminals, credit card systems, telephony, and network infrastructure.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime and guest impact.
Document standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
Administer and control IT inventory, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
Maintain accurate records of all support calls in the company's tracking system.
Ensure adherence to data security protocols and corporate IT policies.

Qualifikationen

Strong technical knowledge of hotel systems (Opera PMS, Micros POS etc.).
Hands-on mentality with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
