Deine Rolle im Team
- Partner directly with product - understand why a feature matters to a customer, not just what to build; help turn customer feedback into features that actually solve the problem.
- Take ownership of features end-to-end - from understanding the user need, through technical design, to shipping and iterating in production.
- Work hands-on across the full stack: frontend (React), backend (Node.js), and the relational/non-relational databases underneath.
- Use AI tooling as part of your day-to-day build process, and help us ship AI-powered features into the product itself.
- Grow alongside experienced senior engineers, contribute to architecture discussions and engineering standards, and steadily take on more ownership as you develop.

Qualifikationen
- A strong product mindset - you think about users and outcomes, not just code, and you enjoy shaping what gets built.
- A good understanding of both relational and non-relational databases.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where not everything is defined yet.
- Products or side projects you've built and shipped yourself.
- You have a positive, problem-solving mindset and a clear bias for action - you bring your own ideas and solutions proactively.
- You speak up. We're hybrid, so if you have an opinion, a concern, or a better idea, we need you to say so.
- You're a good communicator with both technical and non-technical people, and you give and receive direct, open feedback well.
- You're pragmatic and adaptable, comfortable reacting to new findings in a dynamic, still-maturing environment.
- You care about the product and the problem it solves - you see technology as a tool, not an end in itself.
Erfahrung
- Professional experience building and shipping production web applications.
- Hands-on experience building with AI tooling, or building AI-powered product features.
- Backend experience (preferably Node.js) and frontend experience (preferably React).
- Experience in an early-stage startup or a 0 1 product context.
- Experience working in a cross-functional, product-led team.
- You're eager to learn and grow - you actively seek feedback from more experienced engineers and share what you learn with the team.
