Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Planung und das Management von Software-Releases, kommunizierst mit Stakeholdern, sorgst für Qualität und Compliance und identifizierst proaktiv Risiken, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen.
Deine Rolle im Team
- You take ownership of planning and managing software release cycles, ensuring smooth deployment of new features, updates and patches in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- You collaborate across teams, acting as the bridge between software design, development, commissioning and quality assurance, as well as customer team to align release activities.
- You deliver transparency, by communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on release schedules, status and outcomes.
- Furthermore, you ensure quality and compliance, by focusing on the stability and performance of all software releases with internal and external standards.
- Finally, you proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with releases, ensuring minimal disruptions to production systems.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- You have a degree (HTL, university of applied sciences, university) in IT or other technical fields.
Qualifikationen
- You have knowledge of version control systems, issue tracking tools and release automation tools (beneficial).
- You have excellent communication and language skills - English is mandatory, German would be beneficial.
- Your strength is analytical mindset and ability to understand complex relations and explain on point to non-technical audience.
Erfahrung
- You have experience in release management, software development, IT project management or software quality assurance.
- You are experienced in leading cross-functional teams (beneficial).
