- Automation architecture, management and engineering
- Linux infrastructure strategy, planning, architecture and optimization to meet business goals and objectives and managing business case prioritization and justification
- Defining and maintaining infrastructure operations policies
- Performance and capacity management
- Patching and version management for managed services
- Designing, building, testing and implementing projects (such as consolidation projects, upgrade projects and onboarding new customers)
- Linux infrastructure troubleshooting and incident/problem resolution
