Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position entwickelst du skalierbare Datenpipelines, optimierst Dateninfrastrukturen und gewährleistest Datenqualität, während du mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammenarbeitest und sicherheitsrelevante Maßnahmen implementierst.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Design and build scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage.
- Develop and maintain data infrastructure including databases, data lakes, and warehouses.
- Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, and monitoring processes.
- Implement security measures and compliance standards for data handling.
- Collaborate with source developers, data scientists, analysts, and business teams to deliver structured datasets.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data systems, resolving issues promptly.
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency through scripting and tools.
- Create and maintain clear documentation.
- Define and enforce coding standards and operational guidelines.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements for scalability and performance.
- Document incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and their implementation beneficial.
- Good spoken and written language skills both in English and German.
- Intercultural competences due to international cooperation.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Documentation skills - able to clearly summarize and document processes and validation results.
Erfahrung
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data engineering.
