Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Rolle bist du der zentrale Ansprechpartner für IT-Anfragen, bearbeitest 1st und 2nd Level-Support, analysierst und löst technische Probleme und unterstützt bei der Installation sowie Dokumentation von IT-Systemen.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC): After your training period, you will take turns with your colleagues to act as the central point of contact (SPOC) for all incoming support requests to ensure efficient coordination and quick problem resolution.
- 1st and 2nd level support: Supporting our employees with IT issues by phone, email, remote desktop, and on-site if necessary.
- Error analysis and troubleshooting: Independently processing and solving hardware and software issues.
- Documentation: Maintaining support tickets and creating solution documentation.
- Installation and configuration: Assisting with the setup and support of IT systems. Carrying out relocations of IT equipment.
- Forwarding complex inquiries to 3rd-level support or external partners.
- Commissioning and maintenance of various client systems (including PCs, notebooks, telephones, and smartphones).
- Creating and updating operating system and user manuals.
- Actively initiating improvement measures in the organizational areas and supporting their implementation.

Ausbildung
- Solid education with a high school diploma (HAK, HTL) or completed IT technician apprenticeship.
Qualifikationen
- Excellent communication skills: Polite, friendly, and patient interaction with customers is a matter of course for you.
- Broad technical IT knowledge and a keen interest in IT systems and technology.
- Perfect German and good English language skills.
Erfahrung
- Relevant professional experience of at least 3 to 5 years as an IT support technician.
- Experience in user and IT support in an IT service desk environment and with ticket systems.
