Deine Rolle im Team
- Drive the adoption and effective use of AI solutions (e.g., Azure AI, Copilot) to optimize internal processes and enhance employee productivity.
- Collaborate with internal business departments to translate and prioritize identified internal use cases into practical AI solutions, focusing on the configuration, integration, and customization of existing platforms (primarily Microsoft).
- Expand the internal AI community to encourage knowledge sharing, upskilling and promoting an AI-aware culture among all departments.
- Lead and manage internal AI innovation projects from conceptualization to successful rollout for our employees, ensuring alignment with departmental needs and company-wide strategic objectives.

Ausbildung
- Master's degree or higher (University, FH) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Demonstrated passion for Artificial Intelligence and a strong understanding of current AI trends and tools.
- Motivated to learn new concepts on your own and to experiment.
- Proactive, curious, and results-oriented personality with very good English skills; German is a plus.
Erfahrung
- At least 2+ years of experience with Microsoft AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI Services, Copilot) and ideally, software development or scripting skills (e.g., Python).
Unser Angebot
- Permanent full-time post 38,5 hours per week, flexible working time model with core working hours, details will be discussed in a personal interview.
- Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als IT_12603 AI Engineer (m/f/d) Information Technology Innsbruck beträgt 54.882,18 EUR brutto pro Jahr auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
