Deine Rolle im Team
- Join NXP Austria as an Application Engineer and play a key role in helping customers successfully integrate our innovative digital wallet and credential solutions.
- Acting as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams, you will drive project success, solve complex technical challenges, and help shape the future of secure digital experiences.
- Handle customer projects for a wallet-based solution managing digital credentials.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the customer integration project.
- Analyse technical issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and integration guides.
- Conduct technical customer workshops and internal training sessions.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Good understanding of backend integrations, APIs, mobile applications, and cloud-based services.
- Knowledge of NFC, digital wallets, transit ticketing, or secure digital credential solutions is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of working independently.
- The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks.
- The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.
Erfahrung
- 2-5 years of experience in customer application support, solution engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
