Deine Rolle im Team
- Work full time (38.5 h/w) and be part of a passionate, motivated and international team with a start-up spirit.
- Take on a leading role as a Product Manager in Journi's largest cross-functional team, driving the development of intuitive and powerful editing tools that bring photobooks, calendars, and prints to life.
- Know all our products by heart as well as our competitors.
- Be part of our OKR process and help define reachable key results & product milestones with other managers in the company.
- Draft new features or improve existing ones based on: customer problems, market research and data, company needs: goals & vision.
- Plan & document those features/experiments.
- Act as the key driver of the product vision, ensuring that it is clearly communicated visually across the team.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the product's user interface aligns with the overall vision and user needs.
- Gather technical requirements and estimate efforts together with a cross functional team or tech managers.
- Ensure & support the successful execution of the product implementation, report about the project status & analyse the outcome.

Qualifikationen
- Passionate about mobile & web technology, with a strong interest in photo, printing, and blogging apps.
- Proven track record of successfully developed design projects, apps, or products (portfolio and/or project links).
- Proficient in design & management tools like Figma (or similar).
- Strong leadership skills, able to manage multiple projects while keeping a big-picture perspective.
- Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable with public speaking.
- EU citizen or holder of a valid Austrian work visa (unfortunately, we cannot support non-EU applicants for this position).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Vienna - the world's most liveable city!
- You are a self-starter with a strong 'hands-on' mentality & passion for solving problems.
- You are an untiring motivator with the ambition to bring out the best in a product team & inspire others.
- You don't shy away from public speaking, have strong communication and presentation skills.
- You are constantly learning, don't shy away to give and receive feedback, criticize respectfully, you are self-motivated, hungry to succeed and ready to challenge the status quo.
Erfahrung
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design with project management responsibilities or in a digital product management role.
