Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position übernimmst du die strategische Verantwortung für Doka 360, entwickelst Produktvisionen, coachst Teams und sorgst für die Lösung relevanter Kundenprobleme durch agile Ansätze.

- Support the digital transformation of the construction industry.
- Doka´s digital solutions include a wide range of digital services (SAAS, IOT,…) where our flagship initiative, Doka 360, is a customer-centric SaaS platform designed to support construction professionals throughout the entire lifecycle—from engineering and demand to logistics, material tracking, and returns.
- As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll take strategic ownership of a key product domain and lead several empowered product teams.
- You'll coach Product Managers, align cross-functional teams, and drive real customer and business outcomes.
- Own the product vision and strategy for a core domain of Doka 360 (e.g., Business Operations or Platform Services).
- Lead and mentor project teams across multiple squads.
- Ensure alignment within and across product areas to maximize value and consistency.
- Act as the voice of the customer and internal stakeholders and ensure we solve the right problems.
- Partner with engineering and design leadership to enable high-performing teams.
- Translate company strategy into measurable product outcomes (OKRs).
- Represent your product area to senior leadership and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Continuously improve product management practices and contribute to the evolution of Doka’s product organization.

Qualifikationen
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable value.
- Strong grasp of discovery methods, product strategy, and agile delivery.
- Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes across business and tech.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in English; German is a bonus.
Erfahrung
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management, with 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.
- Experience coaching Product Managers and driving alignment across squads.
- Experience in SaaS, logistics, or construction tech is a strong plus.
